how I found myself with Yoga

For most of my life, I struggled with health issues due to my low fitness levels. I was looking for an effective way to become more active and gain more strength, which is why I decided to start my journey with yoga.



I am an introvert and going to the gym to practice daily yoga was not an option for me, so I started looking for yoga lessons online.


I did not like many of them because they were not designed for beginners like me or people who are not strong or flexible.


When I was about to give up, I found a YouTube channel titled "Yoga with Adriene", it made me fall in love with yoga. Despite my lack of fitness, Adriene encouraged me to accept my body.



Practicing yoga with this channel makes me feel alive, healthier, and stronger. Adriene is very sweet, loving, caring, and full of knowledge.


Adriene welcomes everyone in her channel with love and support, she motivates everyone in her community to continue this wonderful practice and to love ourselves.



I have never liked any type of exercise before, and now my day is not complete without practicing yoga.


I have learned a lot from Adriene and have become a better person, physically and mentally. Yoga helps me to accept myself.


I overcame back pain with Yoga. My confidence increased, and I no longer get angry or frustrated easily.



Adriene posts free yoga videos to fight grief and loneliness, reduce back pain and sleep difficulties, or find the energy needed for the day.
