Short but effective meditation session to start your day

I didn't have a good night's sleep last night, I had a lot on my mind, and I have a lot of things to do today so I need to feel focused so what should I do? You guessed it right... I resorted to meditation!


I love Yoga With Adriene channel on YouTube, she is a brilliant yoga teacher and if I'm going to meditate then it is going to be by her guidance. I trust her completely.

Meditation is a powerful practice that can effectively prepare you for the new day. By engaging in meditation, you can cultivate a sense of calm and clarity, allowing you to approach the day with a focused and peaceful mindset. 


Through meditation, you can develop the ability to observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment, which can help you navigate any challenges that may happen throughout the day.

I was in a hurry so I chose this video. It's a super sweet and very simple meditation class like what Adriene says but it's very effective in my opinion.

The meditation practice helped me a lot and now I'm looking forward to starting my day. I recommend having this short but effective meditation session.
