I went to the gym one time in my entire life, it's not for me, I didn't like it at all... That's why I decided to search online for workout videos I can do at my apartment…
I have found this amazing free channel on YouTube that provides hundreds of brilliant workout videos... everyone no matter their age or level of fitness can find a suitable video on Fitness Blender.
I woke up today with a horrible headache and I'm also recovering from flu that lasted for about two weeks so I'm feeling a bit weak and drained.
That's why I chose this short but effective workout video to get my body moving and I might repeat it a few times more today.
A six-minute workout at home can be effective when you're too lazy to do longer workouts. By incorporating exercises that target multiple muscle groups and increase heart rate, you can achieve a challenging and effective workout in a short amount of time.
Additionally, working out at home eliminates the need for travel time to the gym and can be easily fit into a busy schedule.
I confirm that after doing this workout my mood improved and felt stronger plus my headache is gone.
-Boxer Shuffle (great to prepare your body for movement)
-Step Throughs (amazing for balance)
-Overhead Stretch + Toe Touch (my lower back loves this move)
-Side Lunge + Ventral Raise (helps with tight hips)
-Front Kick + Pull (full body flow)
-3 Torso Twists + Knee (awesome for the stomach)
-Pivot Squat (I love it more than the traditional squats)
-Runners (this raises your heartbeat)
-Squat + Toe Touch (to wake up your glute muscles)
-Jumping Jacks (the low impact version works for me)
