Easy steps to enjoy a balanced lifestyle

Having a balanced lifestyle is not easy but here are some tips to help you achieve it (don't pressure yourself, try following what you can):


-Go to bed before midnight (stay away from your screen before you sleep).

-Sleep for 8 hours.

-Do not compare yourself to others (it won't benefit you in any way).

-Don't expect too much from others (they will disappoint you).

-Do not rely on anyone but yourself to fulfill your dreams.

-Some friends will leave you and this is normal.

-Be courageous (face your fears).

-Treat others well (don't be mean).

-Do not underestimate anyone (also don't trust people easily).

-Expect anything from anyone (yup don't be surprised).

-Life does not stop if someone leaves you.

-Don't overthink.

-Stay away from energy vampires.

-Avoid narcissists.

-Don't overthink.

-Stay hydrated.

-Eat fruits and vegetables.

-Focus on what you do, no matter how simple it is, just try to focus.

-Admit your mistakes.

-Stay away from gossip.

-Stand up for your principles.

-Have a goal (no matter how simple).

-Take care of your parents.

-Do not judge others.

-Stay informed about what's going on in the world.

-Read even for 15 minutes every day.

-Don't be hard on yourself.
