Top 10 new year's resolutions

The new year is a time for fresh starts and new beginnings. It’s a time to reflect on the past year and set goals for the year ahead. If you’re looking for inspiration, here are the top 10 most useful New Year’s resolutions:


1-less sugar intake (a lot of sugar ages you and it's not good for your immune system)

2-never going back to bed after waking up (also not putting my alarm on snooze)

3-staying away from toxic people (they no longer have a place in my life)

4-embracing who I am (I'm proud of myself the way I am)

5-spending more time with my cats and dog (they're everything to me)

6-reading more (especially self empowerment books)

7-learning how to relax (oh boy sometimes my anxiety levels are too high)

8-drinking more water (I will find an app to remind me that, also less soft drinks)

9. Doing more yoga (it balances me and makes me feel good)

10. going out more (I'm an introvert so I usually stay at home a lot and I need to change that a bit)
