It's day 29 of the 30 days of yoga journey with the beautiful Adriene. This journey has been a blessing for many people around the world, including myself. And it's not the end of daily yoga practice as Adriene prepared playlists every month that include daily yoga sessions.
I'm noticing an incredible transformation in myself, each time I feel that I lost my focus I go back to what Adriene taught us during the yoga sessions and regain my awareness and balance.
This 30 Day Yoga Journey united thousands of people who have similar goals and all of us gained a lot of benefits and experience from showing up on the mat daily to practice yoga (virtually) together.
I used not to believe in myself and not to trust my intuition but now I do and that is improving my relationship with myself and others.
Today's yoga session is titled (Believe) and Adriene wrote in the email (Believe in the power of your conscious breath. Believe you are on your path.)
Focusing on your breathing really has awesome effects, you will feel centered and you'll listen to yourself.
Adriene also said something that I relate to, which is (the mat is a mirror) and it's beyond true because when I'm feeling balanced off the mat, I find that maintaining balance in some poses is easier than when I'm feeling out of focus.
I'm still learning and this is the beauty of yoga, you never stop learning, you will always be amazed and you'll find things that excite you about yourself in every yoga session.
Remember to take time for yourself, listen to what your heart tells you, be kind, speak love, feel love and give love.
