Celebrating my week one of the 30 day yoga journey

Today is the seventh day of the 30 day yoga journey… I did it :) I showed up and took time for myself! I feel fortunate to be a part of this incredible journey. I'm thankful that Adriene provides yoga content that is available for everyone around the globe to help us improve how we feel.

Yoga is an extraordinary practice that has countless benefits, if you commit to it you will feel well on so many levels. I enjoyed today's yoga practice, I was more comfortable in the yoga poses, the transitions were very smooth, my breathing is more conscious, and my body is getting stronger and more flexible.


Yoga is one of my favorite parts of the day, it helps me say goodbye to every feeling and every thought that no longer serves me. I will do my best to not take any other hiatus from yoga again.


One of my cats joined me in this lovely yoga session, he sat next to me grooming himself and looking at me like he was saying (good job), while my other cat was more interested to look at birds outside the window.

On another note that is unrelated to yoga, I tried milk with turmeric yesterday, my best friend recommended it as it has anti-inflammatory benefits and it was good, I was afraid of the taste but it was okay and I think I will make it a habit.
