Create more space with this yoga session: Day 14 of the 30 day yoga journey with Adriene

Almost halfway through this 30 days of yoga journey with Adriene and I'm in the best shape of my entire life. It's day 14 and today's yoga session is titled (space). I really enjoyed today's yoga practice, it's a bit longer than the last few days, but I didn't feel the time.

I woke up today feeling sore in my wrists, but I wouldn't let that stop me from doing my daily yoga, it's a commitment to myself and I'll do my best to follow it.

I'm in a great mood, feeling calm and centered. I had some internet problems, that's why I'm posting later than usual.

Adriene described this yoga session as (fun and therapeutic session) and I agree, this yoga class helped me to let go of something that doesn't serve my growth, to welcome new gifs from the universe.

It felt awesome to do that, and more awesome to write about it :)

I'm grateful that Adriene gave me this opportunity, allowed me to grow and to find ease.

I loved the variations of shoulder movements at the beginning of the practice.

The forearm plank got me shaking, it was a big challenge for me, but I did it. I felt the shake, which is a flow of energy, Adriene always says this is a sign of strength, not a weakness because it means you're trying and working on yourself.

The toe stand pose helped a lot with my balance, it was a good boost for my confidence, and I'm feeling more comfortable with the bridge pose, compared with how I felt when I first started this journey.

Adriene always encourages us to focus on the sensation, not the shape of the pose, I really felt like having more space during this yoga practice.

Thank you to the lovely people who visit my blog! you motivate and inspire me to continue this self-care journey :)

I will add screenshots of the yoga poses that I really loved doing in today's yoga class.

Please support my blog by sharing it on your social media and with your friends.
