One of the best decisions that I have ever made in my entire life is participating in the 30 days of yoga Journey and committing to daily yoga.
I have learned so much about myself, I'm grateful for being alive, I'm blessed, I'm strong, and I'm learning to enjoy every moment, to give love, and to stay away from any toxic energy.
When I'm kind to myself, it becomes easier to give love, to be present, and to find the goodness in everything that surrounds me.
Today's yoga session is titled (Dedicate). This class shows us how to increase love and how to raise awareness within ourselves.
I'm dedicating this practice and giving love to Adriene, for guiding me, and for helping many people to gain focus and balance, I'm sending love to everyone practicing yoga worldwide and to anyone who needs to feel connection and support.
Adriene said the most beautiful phrase "We don’t stay in our bubble of awareness... we cultivate it to expand it and share our gifts."
She wrote in the email (when we take the time to enrich the quality of our relationship with ourselves we are directly influencing the quality of all other relationships.)
If we don't accept and value ourselves, then our relationships with everything and everyone will be affected.
Focus on your breathing. Dedicate time and attention to yourself. Value who you are. May you never feel lost. May you never feel unloved. May you feel peace and acceptance.
