Entering the second phase of the 30 day yoga journey with Adriene

It's day 15 of BREATH - A 30 Day Yoga Journey. Today's yoga practice is titled (Enter) and it's a very suitable title as we're entering the second part of this beautiful yoga journey.


Adriene always helps me feel calm and relaxed, she radiates energy that empowers and prepares me for the yoga class. She's the most wonderful teacher, I learn new things from her each time I get on the mat, I owe her for this amazing experience.

This yoga journey aims to increase power, mentally and physically, so we can be more mindful.


I really loved the warrior pose variations, they gave me a lot of energy and helped me feel focused and welcome more awareness.

The lion's breath is so exciting and many awesome poses will help in increasing flexibility in this yoga class.

I'm thankful that Adriene allowed us to be a part of this journey that connects thousands of people around the world.
