Getting ready for BREATH: A 30 Day Yoga Journey with Adriene

It's the first day of 2021! Let's take a moment to be thankful for the year that passed and greet the year to come. Yes, it was a difficult year but we learned so much from 2020, the most important lesson was never to take anything for granted.


I'm starting this year by announcing my commitment to a 30-day yoga journey with Adriene.

It's a yearly tradition in the Yoga With Adriene community, but last year I couldn't participate, I was in a bad place, which I will discuss in later posts. This year's yoga journey is called "breath", Adriene did a welcoming video you can find it here.


She invited us (millions of people who follow her YouTube channel) to start this exciting journey, I participated in 2019, and it was the most fulfilling experience in my life.

Adriene says the most difficult thing in committing to a daily yoga journey is showing up on the mat, it's the most challenging thing.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel to cushion your seat and lift your hips, wear comfortable clothes that can help you move easily, and come to this online yoga session with an open mind.

The best thing about this journey is that we're not alone in it, there's always someone else who is doing the same session as you, this helps in making me feel connected to many people around the world.
