Healing is possible with Day 27 of the 30 Day Yoga Journey

It's day 27 of BREATH - A 30 Day Yoga Journey with Adriene, in the start of the video she celebrated everyone who participated in this journey of well-being and described our commitment as heroic and beautiful.


I imagine how every one of us arrives on the mat, taking some time out of our schedules, to achieve healing and self-care, to feel a connection to ourselves and everything that surrounds us, and to feel more centered and more balanced.

We're all looking to heal from something, either emotionally or physically, we come on the mat to heal from a heartbreak or back pain or just to find the awesome in ourselves, Adriene appreciates each and every one of us and that's why we all adore her.


Adriene supports us and admires our process, she motivates us consistently, she helps us feel like a family, a large family of hundreds of thousands around the world.

Our Yoga With Adriene community/family is a safe space, free from judging, full of love, and everyone can find support in it.

I started this yoga journey with a few bad habits that I wanted to break and wounds that I wanted to heal from. I'm proud to say that I'm achieving this goal.

Today's yoga practice is titled (Heal) and I will return to this class as many times as possible for its amazing restorative benefits.
