Invitation to explore with day 17 of the 30 Day Yoga Journey

It's day 17 of BREATH - A 30 Day Yoga Journey with Adriene. Today's yoga practice is titled (Explore), I consider it as an invitation to explore more about our bodies, souls, and minds.


I hadn't slept well last night, my upstairs neighbors were louder than usual. I have a cut on the palm of my right hand so I'm a bit struggling in some poses, but I noticed my upper body is gaining more strength compared with how I felt when starting this beautiful yoga journey.

I'm in better shape and that's the beauty of yoga, which is noticing an improvement in a short time. My posture is better and the tension in my neck and shoulders decreased, also my body is more toned.


Adriene said the most amazing phrase during this class "wiggle the fingertips, like you want to tickle a cloud" to encourage us to have more energy and engage our entire bodies, even our fingertips.

This yoga session allows those who practice it to build more power, have more energy, and lose any stress.

Adriene wrote in the email (this 32-minute practice is the whole package, designed to ground you in the now… but also to prepare you for the week of practices ahead.)
