I have always struggled with trusting myself, I have doubts in myself, my power, my intelligence, and this toxic trait impacted my self-confidence.
I'm learning to gain more trust in myself, through yoga and with the guidance of Adriene, I'm building more trust, more awareness and more focus.
I'm listening more to myself, and giving myself more love, I need to believe in my potential and my possibilities before asking the universe to do the same.
When I trust myself more, I disarm anyone or anything from the power to hurt me or make me feel inferior.
With every yoga pose I managed to do with today's yoga session with Adriene, I built more trust in my body and mind.
The yoga practice is titled (Trust) and Adriene encourages us through the class to trust where we are, trust ourselves, trust our path and trust our process.
I trust better things are coming, I trust my heart and I trust that everything that happens is leading me to a better place.
Adrien wrote in the email (Remember, one present moment is a window to the next… and we get to practice that on the mat.)
I'm staying curious about myself, I'm learning/studying new things to gain more knowledge, and I will do everything that I can to stay present (not dwell on the past or stress about the future)
