Enjoy a moment of pause with Day 20 the 30 Day Yoga Journey


It's day 20 of BREATH - A 30 Day Yoga Journey YAAAY… Today's practice is gentle and suitable for beginners or anyone who doesn't want to do physically demanding yoga poses.


This lovely yoga practice is very important, it's titled (Pause), it teaches us to enjoy the moment, to be present, and to calm our minds. You can go to the class when you press this link.

It's not the yoga practice where you expect stretchy poses, yes we need this kind of session, but in my opinion, we also need to take a moment to pause everything that is happening.


Personally, I enjoyed it, I totally recommend it and I will go back to this yoga class regularly. I even wanted this practice to be longer, it made me feel good and grateful.

This is the beauty and magic of yoga, it teaches us to be patient and to find beauty in ourselves and everything around us, to be aware and more open to the universe to receive and send beautiful energy.

Yoga With Adriene helps many people around the world to discover themselves and to be happy and healthy.

There was one downward dog in this yoga class, a self-massage guided by Adriene's voice, the Cobbler's Pose is amazing, and we worked on breath ratios.
