Renew your focus with Day 22 of the 30 Day Yoga Journey


When I arrived on the mat this morning, I was feeling a bit stressed and unfocused but today's yoga session with Adriene renewed my focus and my energy.

The session started standing up and ended with savasana. I really enjoyed the moving meditation, it's very relaxing and refreshing.

Focusing on the breath makes me more centered, it gives me strength and it calms my mind. I'm working on integrating mindful breathing off the mat.

This yoga class went by so quickly, I found some difficulty in (Humble Warrior) pose, my legs were shaking but when I focused my energy on the core, the pose got more manageable.

Adriene always reminds us to relax the shoulders and not to put any pressure in the neck during poses, which is something very important to improve the posture when we step off the mat.

She wrote in the email (Before I established my renewal practice through regular yoga I found myself on a hamster wheel. Maybe you can relate?)

I totally agree with Adriene, I used to be not in control of my thoughts and how I feel, but with yoga, I gained more power, stability and balance.

I'm grateful for this amazing yoga worldwide community, I feel connected and supported, whenever I feel weak I remember that thousands of people are committed to the same yoga practice as me at the same moment and this is beyond empowering.


I'm thankful for Adriene, she guides me on the mat and off the mat, and she charges my soul with light and positivity.
