Snuggle | day 8 of the 30 yoga journey: a gentle yoga session for you


When I woke up today I received a notification from YouTube that today's yoga practice with Adriene is titled (snuggle), imagine my happiness :) It is the most endearing title.


My lower back was a bit sore this morning because I usually sleep in a fetal position (something that I need to work on changing soon) so I was really excited to have a gentle yoga session.

I enjoyed the happy baby pose, the entire yoga session was very relaxing, the stretching poses were refreshing, my core feels stronger, my posture is definitely better, and my breathing is deeper.

What I took from (BREATH - A 30 Day Yoga Journey) off the mat, is that I use the sound of my breathing to calm down my mind, whenever I'm overwhelmed with my thoughts.


If you took a yoga hiatus and you need some motivation to come back to daily yoga, then I totally recommend this video.

This yoga session is super amazing, and it's also easy on the knees and the wrists, it's the perfect chance to return to yoga or to even start committing to a yoga routine.


I feel that I can do this session weekly, or whenever I need a yummy/easy yoga class.
