A step that you will love adding to your beauty routine



My skincare/beauty routine is very simple. I don't do a lot of steps, I double cleanse, put on a toner (sometimes), and moisturize my face and neck. I also try not to forget to apply SPF before I go out.


I don't use a lot of products, but my favorite brand at the moment is Neutrogena. I also love putting Argan oil on my skin.

Recently I saw a few videos about (face massage) on Instagram and Pinterest, they caught my attention and I felt that it's something that could have a lot of benefits.

I saved many videos and got lost in them. I didn't know where to start. I don't have face massage equipment, so I thought I was not prepared to add this step to my routine.

I was wrong, I found a YouTube channel that explains how you can do face massage with your hands or even regular spoons.

The effects of face massage include, based on my experience so far:


-Depuffing the face because it improves lymphatic drainage.

-Reducing the appearance of bags under the eyes.

-It's so relaxing and I think it could be also a self-care step.

-Increasing the blood flow and circulation to your skin, which could give you a glowy face.

-It improves the muscle memory of your face.


If you're looking to start a new skincare routine, I totally recommend adding a face massage. Please make sure you clean your hands and face very well before starting. Disinfect your jade roller (or any other tool) if you have one.
