I had a very busy morning and I felt so excited when I received a notification from Adriene about today's practice, which is titled (Yoga For Uncertainty).
Today's session is 51 minutes long, it has everything that I needed mentally and physically. It's also a part of a yoga playlist with Adriene that's titled (Bridge) to encourage us to maintain regular yoga sessions.
I'm committed to daily yoga practice, and it's transforming how I feel and how I think. Adriene motivates us to connect with our breathing and to stay curious about it, as if it is a conversation with a friend.
Adriene wrote (This is the perfect practice to ground with when you are struggling, or feeling off-center. You may also enjoy this class as preventative care to maintain mental, emotional, and physical balance.)
I was afraid that I might not be able to do this yoga session as it was a bit long but Adriene constantly encouraged us through the class, helped me conquer my fears and to believe in my strength and finished the entire session.
This yoga class will help you feel focused and balanced, it's the perfect chance to acknowledge your thoughts and feelings, also it will get your energy flowing and it's something that all of us need.
