Walking exercise that you can do at your home and it is suitable for every fitness level



Most people think that they need to go to the gym to get a good workout. However, there are many walking exercises that you can do right at home, no matter what your fitness level may be.


Walking is a great way to get some exercise, and it's something that practically everyone can do.

Try to avoid being sedentary, it's not good for us, the human body is built to stay active, being inactive and sitting most of the day isn't good for us.

Lack of physical activity can ruin your health and your mood, it's not about weight loss, it's about gaining confidence and strength.

When I ignore my workouts, I notice a decline in my mood and energy. You don't need expensive equipment to stay active and healthy and you don't need daily trips to the gym.

Indoor walking is one of my favorite workout routines, I try to walk at least 1000 steps before doing yoga so my muscles are ready and warm.

Walking has many benefits, it makes your muscles and bones a lot stronger, and if you're too busy or live in a busy/overcrowded city like myself, you can walk at your living room or even your bedroom.

This walk at home session or indoor walking workout is fun and easy, you can exercise while listening to your favorite songs or watching the news.


It's only 15 minutes long, consider it as (me time), I walked 1300 steps with it and 1 kilometer without leaving the apartment.

This workout session prepares me for my daily yoga, remember to breathe to increase your oxygen intake during this indoor walking practice.

Don't feel discouraged if you think that you're not fit enough, and don't listen to your negative thoughts, you only need to motivate yourself and begin, and take baby steps, please don't compare yourself to others.

Workouts can be gentle and fun, not necessarily one hour sweat session or lifting enormous amounts of weights (if you can do that then it's very awesome) but if you can't (like myself) then accept and love your body and nurture it as much as possible.


I used to think that working out could only be done at the gym and you need to be super strong to commit to it, I was wrong, you can enjoy workout benefits at your home, you only need to trust yourself.

This session has amazing toning movements that can help in improving your posture and get closer to achieving your fitness goals. You can repeat it twice daily.
