Be a risk taker and do this fun yoga session

We all need to take a risk, this shouldn't be something extreme, it could be something simple that we're postponing or afraid of doing it.


Simple steps could require courage from us, it could be signing up for a course to learn a new language or how to play a musical instrument, applying for our dream job, walking away from something toxic or even buying a cute blouse. 


When I think about it, we take risks daily on so many levels, when we choose to push negativity away, when we end a bad habit, or even when we do our hair differently. 


Today's yoga session with Adriene is titled Yoga For Risk Takers, it's designed to increase our courage and to help us find balance so we can take any needed risk. 


Most of this yoga practice is standing up, I noticed that I wasn't finding stillness in the mountain pose but slowly I gained my focus.


The mountain pose reveals a lot about how you feel and your thoughts, it helps you find connection between the mind and the body. 


Remember to be kind to yourself and to others. Good vibes sent from my heart to yours.
