Increase your energy with this Yoga session

I enjoyed some sun today and I decided to feel good. I believe that happiness is a decision, we play an important role in how we feel. 


I'm focusing my energy to be grateful and thankful for every blessing that I have, instead of worrying about things that I can't control.


Today's yoga session is titled Movement Medicine - Energy Practice, it's the perfect session to feel refreshed and energized. 


Adriene said during this yoga practice something that we all can relate to (clear the cache, clear the cookies) and I have to sometimes my mind feels like an internet browser that has 50 open tabs.


Yoga gives us the chance to notice how we feel, how we think and to build strength. Movement is truly a medicine, and this practice helps in hitting the refresh button and facing the day with unlimited energy. 


Regular practice of yoga can improve circulation, increase oxygen intake, and release tension in the body. This can result in increased energy levels and improved overall vitality.
