Hope is the most essential thing that we need in life, we can't accomplish anything in our lives without hope, hope is the base for positivity and happiness.
Adriene described hope as a muscle that needs constant nurturing to grow and to become stronger, I totally agree because sometimes when I lose hope I need to actively change my negative thoughts and feelings and focus mindfully on being hopeful.
This 18 minute yoga practice was designed to help us feel grounded and balanced. Adriene wrote (just as we condition and strengthen our bodies, so too can we condition and strengthen our sense of trust and hope.)
She focused on the importance of trust during today's yoga session, and when I thought about it, I realized the importance of trust to have hope, trust ourselves, trust our journey, trust our mentors, and trust our intuition.
When I trusted myself and I trusted my body, my power, my flexibility during this yoga session, I found the yoga poses getting more manageable to do.
This yoga session titled Anchor In Hope Yoga Practice and also focuses on core strengthening and deep breathing.
Take some time for yourself, practice hope, and believe in the power of yourself.
Yoga can help us have hope by promoting a sense of inner peace and well-being. With it, can cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness, which can help them navigate through challenging times with a more positive outlook. It can also help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, allowing us to feel more hopeful and optimistic about the future.
That's why incorporating yoga into our lives can be a powerful tool for cultivating hope and maintaining a positive mindset.
