Yoga session that will help you have a fresh start and choose what is best for you



Each day is a brand new start where we can begin good habits, like being grateful for our blessings or showing love or committing to yoga.

Today's yoga practice is titled Yoga For A Fresh Start, Adriene encourages us during this session to invite awareness to our breath and to remain curious about it to be able to move with more ease.


Adriene always motivates us to notice how we feel and I was feeling a bit weak and tired but when I gave attention to my breathing, I gained little energy and cultivated the necessary power to this refreshing yoga session.

She wrote in the email (be prepared to let go of what no longer is serving you, feel the power of your own presence, and boost your connection with feelings of balance, ease, creativity, and contentment. )

At the end of this yoga practice, Adriene guides us to say the intention of (I choose) and then finish it with how we feel.

I whispered to myself I choose to be more loving, I choose to be more giving, I choose to be calmer.

Yoga can indeed motivate us for fresh starts as it can help us release tension, clear our minds, and cultivate a positive mindset, allowing us to approach new beginnings with a calm and open mind. 


Overall, yoga provides a holistic approach to wellness, both physically and mentally, and can serve as a powerful tool for motivating us to embrace fresh starts in our lives.
