Easy ways to raise your vibration instantly

As humans, we vibrate at different frequencies. When we're feeling great, our vibration increases, and when we're feeling bad, our vibration becomes low.


The importance of raising our vibration? 


In Law of Attraction, we attract what we feel and think, we receive what we believe, if we're happy then we attract more joy and happiness into our lives.


One of my worst habits that I'm trying to break is if I face something slightly annoying when I wake up, it ruins my entire day, and I noticed when I assume the day won't be good, my expectations become reality, that's the power of our minds and our vibration.


How to raise our vibration? It's something we all can do if we follow these simple steps:


1-Be grateful


Gratitude has an incredible impact on our vibration. If we stop complaining and appreciate everything that we're blessed with, amazing things will happen. 


2-Self-care


It's not selfish to give love and care for yourself, it's even essential for you and everyone in your life. Self-care doesn't have to be something extravagant. It could be five minutes of deep breathing or taking a relaxing bath.


3-Workout


Taking a walk or doing at home exercise even just for 10 minutes can shift how you feel, listen to your body and don't pressure it, but also movement is really a medicine, we need it to be healthier and health is vital to feel good.


4-Yoga 


You don't have to be flexible to do yoga, there's an amazing yoga teacher who can prepare you to practice yoga daily and this is her YouTube channel and I blog a lot about her videos and how much she changed my life.


5-Meditation 


You don't have to do super long meditation sessions, a five minute meditation that you can find online can immensely help you to raise your brain power.


6-Music


Listen to your favorite songs, discover new music and dance freely in your house.


7-Affirmations


Repeat daily affirmations and you can start by saying "I'm loved... I'm safe… I'm happy" you'll attract positive energy.


8-Food


Eat vegetables and fruits, also drink water, and stay hydrated.


9-Pets


Spend some time with your pets, they will automatically make you happy.


10-Be kind


When you give kindness, you receive kindness.


11-Laugh


Laughing can increase the flow of good hormones in your body, either watch something fun or call a friend who gives you good vibes.


12-Creativity


Do something creative, such as drawing or writing a poem, enjoy the results, and don't overcriticize yourself.
