Increase your focus with this 12 Min Yoga For Brain Power

I had lots of things to do these past couple of days including organizing my clothes and decluttering my apartment.


Organizing is an important task that makes me feel good but it takes major efforts, both mentally and physically, that's why today's yoga session is super important/necessary and it's titled Yoga For Brain Power.

I believe this yoga practice can be used during work or studying to increase focus and to have a better memory.


This quick and easy yoga session can be done anywhere because all poses are standing and a yoga mat isn't needed.
