The most gentle yoga session to deal with mood swings


I sometimes struggle with bad mood or mood swings, it used to be a lot worse before I committed to yoga, but now whenever I find myself stuck, I seem to deal with the situation in a better way.


Today's yoga session is titled Yoga for Mood Swings, you can bookmark this post and/or the video to come back to it when you need to feel more tranquility or more balance. 


This yoga practice helps to recognize how we feel and stir the energy in our bodies.

The yoga poses and transitions in this video are so soft and Adriene talks in the most serene way. If you need to find a soothing yoga session then I totally recommend this video.


Don't feel bad if you suffer from mood swings, it's part of being a human, but try to be more protective of your energy, and keep a distance from energy draining people/sources.


Acknowledge if the bad mood that you're feeling is yours or it's something that you absorbed from someone else.


Yoga is a great tool to help you discover how you truly feel and make you feel better.
