I'm learning to accept whatever I face, to appreciate being alive and to be grateful for everything, and to know that each difficult situation is meant to teach me some important lessons.
I'm regaining my balance and positivity, Yoga helped a lot and also I discovered music frequencies that raise vibrations and I might write about it in later posts.
Today's yoga practice with Adriene is titled Yoga For Renewal, and it's exactly what I needed to feel better.
This amazing yoga session started with breath work that I enjoyed very much and it helped me feel more centered.
Adriene wrote "this session offers the opportunity to reset. In an effort to feel whole, put the pieces together, and experience powerful renewal."
Despite being 44 minutes long, this yoga class went by so fast and I didn't feel the time. It included many poses that helped me feel stronger and more flexible such as Knee to Nose core activation, Gate Pose Variation and it ended with Thread the Needle restore.
The best thing about practicing yoga with Adriene is not feeling alone while working on discovering the best in yourself to conquer any fear or sadness that any of us can experience.
Stretching, deep breathing, listening to your body and spirit, and building more awareness, this is the beauty of yoga.
You don't have to wait for the perfect time or conditions to practice yoga, you can come to the practice and give care to yourself no matter the circumstances around you.
Adriene is always open and honest with us, she expresses whenever she faces any struggles, and she shares her experiences and advice in videos, emails, forums, and even live on Instagram.
