I'm changing my workout routine a bit. I exercise to improve my heart health, and increase my strength and flexibility. I don't care about the number on the scale.
I decided to focus a bit more on my core in my workout routine because having a stronger core leads to a better balance and a stronger back.
The only problem is that I hate sit-ups, so I chose this fast and effective "10 Min Standing Abs Workout to get Ripped ABS" by "Chloe Ting".
This workout video is absolutely brilliant, it gave me so much energy, and that automatically improved my mood.
Please don't sit the entire day, this is bad for the body and mind, if you hate sit-ups but you want a stronger core then this exercise video will suit you. It's not about having a flat belly, it's about being active.
A strong core helps maintain good posture by supporting the spine and keeping it aligned. Poor posture can lead to muscle imbalances, chronic pain, and even decreased lung capacity.
Core muscles, particularly the deep stabilizing muscles, play a vital role in supporting the spine and maintaining its natural curves.
A strong core helps to stabilize the spine and transfers force effectively throughout the body. By evenly distributing the load during movements, it reduces the risk of injury, especially in activities involving twisting, bending, or lifting.
It also allows for proper coordination, resulting in smoother and more controlled movements during exercises or activities.
