Eliminate stress with this amazing stretching workout

If you're facing a bit more stress and anxiety lately then this post is for you.


When I received a notification from "Fitness Blender" that they uploaded a new workout routine titled "Relaxing Stretching Workout - Feel Good Stretches for Stress Relief" I said YES I need to do this.


My entire body aches when I'm stressed, the tension in my mind echoes and translates into pain in my muscles. 


This amazing stretching workout consists of fluid and static stretches. It can also be used as a cool down after an intense routine or as a recovery day stretching workout.


I did this workout without any cardio before, I just wanted a routine that helps me feel a bit relaxed and reduces any pain that I'm feeling.


The power of stretching is incredible, it increases the "conversation" between the mind and the body, and each stretch has its unique sensation.


Don't be too harsh on your body and don't force it to take a certain shape, celebrate what you're capable of and notice how much your body and mind will improve after the stretching routine. 


I really enjoyed the Overhead Stretch + Forward Bend, Seated Center Stretch, Mermaid, and Supine Torso Twist. 


You can do this workout more than once to increase flexibility and mobility, or to fight any stress.
