Short cool down routine after a long cardio session

Today I had to do a one hour cardio session at home to keep my mind busy and to release some good hormones in my body, I don't usually do cardio for this long.

If you do a long cardio session please make sure to warm up before it and cool down after it to avoid any issues.

I followed this video that is titled "Fast 5 Minute Cool Down and Stretching Workout for Busy People" by Fitness Blender.

This cool-down routine helped me slow down my heart rate safely and relax my muscles.

Please take care of your mental and physical health. They're both connected. If you neglect your mind, your body will never be healthy and vice versa.

Cooling down after cardio helps by gradually reducing heart rate and this can help prevent dizziness.

It aids in the removal of metabolic waste products, such as lactic acid, from the muscles, which can help reduce muscle soreness and fatigue.

Cooling down allows the body temperature to gradually return to normal, preventing sudden drops in blood pressure and potential cardiovascular complications.

Overall, cooling down after cardio is an important part of a safe and effective workout routine.
