Social media is like anything else in our lives, it has positive and negative sides, and how we use it and what we focus on, makes a difference.


Yes, social media can be flooded with negativity and cruelty, but it also can be a place of positivity and support. 


In our daily lives, there are people who drain us and there are people who help us heal and encourage our growth.


Anyway, today's yoga session is titled Reunite With Your Breath | Yoga With Adriene, it's a super gentle yoga practice that can ease stress, reduce anxiety and get rid of any tension.


Adriene said "It's not about getting it right, it's about exploring." She focuses on the importance of conscious breathing to bring calm and build more balance. 


By focusing our attention on our breath, we can bring ourselves into the present moment and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity.


One of the key benefits of mindful breathing is its ability to reduce stress. When we are stressed, our breath tends to become shallow and rapid.
