Hey everyone! I'm trying to gain my energy back slowly with short workout sessions, which I can do a few times every day.
Today's workout session is titled "Feel Good Cardio Burst - Warm Up Cardio Workout" with Fitness Blender.
It's a brilliant workout video, it's only 8 minutes long but it will help you feel energized and release happy hormones in your body.
This cardio workout can be used as a warm-up for a long workout session or you can use it to get your energy flowing.
When you get up and move your body, it's good for your wellness, as long as you're recognizing what you can do and what you can't do.
There are a lot of things that I can't do, I can't lift weights and I prefer shorter workout sessions. So I suggest understanding your body and don't pressure it.
Workout structure
This workout starts with Boxer Shuffle then fluid stretchers such as Warrior Steps, IT Band Steps, and Warrior Jacks that I enjoyed very much, but don't hold the stretch, keep moving.
Then there are some cardio movements such as 3 Twists + Knee and Standing Jackknife. Then some moves that help you gain strength: Good Morning, Squat Push Pull, and Walk down (that I'm not good at).
You can work on your balance and your lower back with Reverse Lunge, Forward Lunge, Lateral Jumps, and Butt Kickers.
Workout benefits
In my opinion, this workout targets the entire body, it doesn't require any equipment and it will make you feel amazing.
