Easy tricks to gain followers on Twitter

If you have a Twitter account and looking to have more followers either for your business or just to spend your free time online then follow these simple steps:

-Know the content that you're interested in seeing on your Twitter feed such as music, movies, football, memes, etc

-Use the "Twitter topics" feature and follow it so you can access more tweets about what interests you.

-Search Twitter using hashtags or "keywords" to find tweets/accounts that post about your favorite topics (pets, nature, quotes, and many others).

-Follow these accounts, interact with them and follow who replies to them, their followers, who like their tweets, retweets them, and "quote retweet" the topics that you're interested in.

-See the accounts that Twitter suggests you follow in the "explore" section as it sometimes recommends you follow people with the same interests.

-Make sure to take a quick look at the accounts before following them, read their bio, and browse their recent tweets to be sure that they're not going to bring any toxic energy to your feed.

-Avoid buying followers, it could get your account suspended or shadowbanned.

-Have a bio that quickly represents you (in a fun way).

-Choose a distinctive username without numbers or underscores as much as possible (some websites can help you to generate usernames).

-Put your real name in the display name or initials/nickname if you're uncomfortable with sharing your name.

-Be prepared that some people online are rude but simply ignore them, their rudeness reflects how weak they are, and we don't have time for this type of people.

-Don't interact with negative accounts in any way, just mute them and breathe.

-Make sure that you don't exceed the daily follow limit (I think it's 400 but check Twitter policies to be sure).

-Don't mass follow or mass unfollow.

-Tweet about what interests you but remember to be kind and have fun.

Twitter is a great platform where you find interesting topics and interact with people who have the same interests. But stay safe online and limit the personal info that you share in general.
