I arrived in Bologna on the third of April to attend a Harry Styles concert on the next day then head to Rome on the fifth of April. My flight from Paris to Bologna was great but I was feeling a little sad about leaving Paris, but I was looking forward to the concert.
I stayed in a wonderful hotel (Amatì Design Hotel) . My room was amazing, everything in the hotel was perfect.
KiwiTaxi transported me from the airport to the hotel, but the hotel provided the guests with transportation to the stadium where the concert was organized.
The hotel was a bit far from the city but I had to see it, I had a quick tour but Bologna is a majestic place.
I arrived in Rome on the fifth of April and then headed to my hotel (lungotevere suite rome) it was so beautiful and the view from my room was incredible.
The first place that I had to see was the Colosseum, I couldn't wait, then went back to the hotel and rested.
I enjoyed that I had breakfast in my room :) This was suitable to my introverted personality.
The weather was warmer in Rome and in the next couple of days of my visit I went to Trevi Fountain, the Roman Forum, Pantheon, Palatine Hill, Altar of the Fatherland and many other wonderful places.
People in Italy are so friendly and helpful, even though I don't speak Italian but whenever I asked someone for directions, I was treated with so much warmth and acceptance.
Everything in Italy is beyond amazing, the food, the history and even the language sound attractive (I will try learning Italian).
I felt the most positive energy in Italy and I felt welcomed and safe everywhere.
I went back to Cairo on the eighth, after spending 10 days in Europe, having beautiful memories that I will cherish for my entire life.
