Quick cardio session to boost your energy

I was in a very busy event yesterday and as an introvert, I need some time to recharge alone, so I'm spending today by myself and I decided to do some workouts.


I find that when I exercise my body and my mind become instantly healthier and stronger, and it's important to never skip the warmup or the cooldown.


This post is about the warmup video that I did today, it's titled Total Body Cardio Workout to Burn Fat and Boost Energy with Fitness Blender.


You don't need any equipment to do this exercise, it's only 10 minutes long, and it targets all muscle groups.


This workout can be done as a warmup or as the entire exercise routine, depending on your mood and your energy levels.


But please keep on moving even when you're feeling lazy because sitting down all day is bad mentally and physically. 


When I don't do any physical activity I find myself weak and sad, even my sleep pattern gets affected negatively. 


Kelli says this workout can be used to gain energy during a break in work or as a warm-up for more intense exercise.


She also adds that short routines can be used to increase creativity and to awaken the body.


This cardio workout video uses 30-second intervals without any rest in between. Kelli shows low-impact modifications and without a doubt, I felt more focused after this short and quick cardio session.
