Starting my self love journey all over again with these steps

Treating yourself with love is necessary for your wellbeing, self love will allow you to find happiness. My self-love journey took a strong hit yesterday. I put myself in a situation where I wasn't appreciated enough and that lowered my self worth/confidence dramatically.


I went to bed around 11 pm and woke up at 2:15 am. I was feeling horrible and anxious because I have to restart my self love journey all over again. 


I'm terrified that I might fail or I might need a longer time to recover and to come back to a state where I value myself and not let anyone make me feel unloved or unaccepted.


I feel so stupid for putting myself in this situation, I hope I can forgive myself and find the strength and beauty in me.


The reason why I'm writing this post is to somehow connect with anyone who is struggling with self-love at the moment and let you know that you're not alone.


You'll defeat these obstacles and you're not alone. The important thing right now is that you pick yourself up again and stand up, no matter how many times you fall.


I will restart/resume my self love journey with meditation, affirmation, dancing, working out and writing.


This post is a reminder for you and me that we're strong, beautiful and amazing. We don't have to prove these facts to anyone but ourselves.
