Habits that lower our vibrations and should be avoided

 Everything in the universe vibrates, and sometimes we suffer from low vibration, which can impact our mood in a bad way and even could affect our health.


Habits that lower our vibrations and should be avoided for the sake of our well-being:


-Gossiping and judging others can severely lower your vibration levels and bring bad karma, if you find yourself obsessed about criticizing and talking negatively about people, you'll get nothing except immense amounts of negative energy. 


-Not getting enough sleep and suffering from an irregular sleep schedule, this impacts our brain health and automatically reduces our mood and our vibration levels. 


-Sedentary lifestyle and sitting around all day long, not good for our health either physically or spiritually. 


-Clutter and unorganized home or workspace. It leads to negative energy and stress for not easily finding what you look for.


-Not getting enough sunlight and not spending time in nature.


-Being ungrateful and not celebrating all blessings around you.


-Not expressing love.


-Negative self talk and mistreating yourself. Words can heal and words can break. Words have great power. How we use them, affect us and affect others.


-Not giving enough attention to a daily self-care routine. 


-Poor diet and being dehydrated.


-Toxic friends and unhealthy relationships.


-Being around people who complain about everything.


-Living in the past and worrying about the future.


-Rushing and not living in the moment.


-Holding grudges and too much anger.


You can cleanse your energy with different ways but I really enjoy frequency music and singing bowls.
