If you do not have energy for high impact workout then this exercise is for you

Staying relatively active helps in getting rid of any negative energy that might be stuck in your body. Exercising is a form of self-care and I think it leads to self-love or makes the journey to achieve it possible.


Today's workout session is titled "Calorie Burning Low Impact Cardio Workout for Beginners - Recovery Cardio Workout with No Jumping" with Fitness Blender.


This cardio session is low impact, which is perfect for me because I don't like jumping (or not fit enough for the high-impact stuff).


Warmup and cooldown are included in this cardio at home workout video, which is amazing. And this exercise is less than 30 minutes long but very effective.


You can modify the exercises to make them easier or more difficult, depending on your fitness, according to the trainer, Kelli.


My favorite moves in this workout video include: 4 Side Jacks & 4 Punches, 3 Marches & Forward Kick, and Double High Knee Push.
