High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT workouts is a term that could be terrifying to many people (including me) but this form of exercise has a lot of benefits.
In today's post, I'm going to share the HIIT workout that made my body and mind healthier when I followed it once daily for a week.
I usually don't like HIIT workouts and I stay away from them but this exercise is amazing and its benefits made me feel great about myself and improved my health and my mood.
The workout is titled (FEEL GOOD HIIT WORKOUT - Beginner Friendly (Low Impact)) and it's by a trainer that I recently discovered and she's completely awesome.
MonikaFit is a YouTube channel that offers free workout videos that can be done at home and are suitable for different levels.
This exercise changed the image that I had of HIIT and reduced my stress. I love it. It's only 15 minutes and all movements are standing up and it doesn't require any equipment.
