A guide to begin meditation


There are many stereotypes regarding meditation, and you must be super advanced to be able to practice it. Anyone can meditate and find a class that suits their needs and is suitable for their level.


I'm not the most expert person regarding meditation but believe in its limitless benefits, that's why I'm trying to commit to it regularly.


I slept really well last night and I'm trying to be more aligned and connected to my higher self. I almost had a panic attack today but I quickly snapped out of it.


After this brief encounter with a panic attack, I decided to sit on my couch and do some meditation and I chose guided meditation because I'm still a beginner.


The meditation video that I chose is titled (10 Minute Chakra Balance Guided Meditation for Positive Energy) it's very effective and easy to follow.


My advice to you if you decide to do this meditation session is to sit comfortably in a quiet room, turn off your notifications, and let go of any expectations to enjoy this experience.


I think I'm going to repeat this video whenever I need to be more aligned.
