No-jumping workout that you can do daily

Taking baby steps to create a better and healthier daily routine is a good thing, it's also better than rushing. It's a good plan to return/start exercising.


Today I chose this short but effective workout video. The workout is titled "5 MIN WARM UP FOR AT HOME WORKOUTS (No Jumping)" with MadFit and you can find it on this link.


This excellent at home exercise video can be used as a warm-up or (in my case) as a workout by itself but I'm going to repeat it more than once every day until I feel that I'm in better shape to do more difficult routines.


This form of gentle workout can help you to maintain the habit of daily exercise.


No-jumping workouts have a lot of benefits that include less risk of getting injured and they can be done daily. They're also a great recovery day workout (the day after you do a super demanding workout).


Listen to your body and don't do anything that isn't suitable for you but also try to move as much as possible.
