Eliminate tension with a 25 Minute yoga class designed for comfort

This morning I decided to do a yoga session designed to release tension from the body and move stagnant energy.


Every day I realize the importance of yoga and how it improves the connection between my mind and my body.


Today's yoga session is titled Yoga For Comfort And Nourishment | 25-Minute Yoga Practice | Yoga With Adriene.


Adriene described this beautiful yoga practice as "a therapeutic home yoga practice for mental and emotional health, this heart-centered session provides focus on the neck, shoulders, and thoracic spine. "


This yoga class starts with rubbing our hands to create energy then it focuses on the upper body especially neck and shoulders, because this area usually stores a lot of tension.


My arms got a bit tired, but I enjoyed the coordination between the breathing and movements. 


It's a gentle but very effective yoga session, it goes by so fast, and it gives us the chance to take care of ourselves.


I'm going to do this yoga class when I feel the need for support and energetic boost. It's the perfect example of the positive effects of yoga. 


Yoga can be both comforting and energizing as it allows us to connect mind, body, and breath, creating a sense of inner peace and relaxation. 


The slow and deliberate movements coupled with deep breathing techniques promote a feeling of comfort by releasing tension and stress held within the body. 


This soothing practice helps to let go of negative thoughts and emotions, creating space for positive energy to flow freely.

Yoga increases blood circulation and oxygenates the body, it invigorates the system, boosting energy levels. 


The focus on mindfulness during yoga practice allows for increased self-awareness and a deeper connection to one's own inner strength and vitality.
