Prepare for a new day with a fiery yoga session

I went through a few intense weeks, my mom was diagnosed with hyperthyroid and as she's undergoing treatment, I'm trying to regain a happier mindset.

When we wake up, we carry some aches and stiffness in our muscles, that's why it's good to do some yoga to feel more flexible and to have more energy.


Welcoming the day with yoga is the best way possible to treat yourself, it's amazing to prepare your mind and your body for whatever comes next.


This morning yoga routine is titled Morning Yoga Flow | Yoga With Adriene and it's 21 minutes long.


Adriene wrote "Wake up your core muscles, open to new horizons, shape your day in a beautiful way with this strengthening morning routine. "


There are plenty of downward-facing dog and planks in this intense yoga practice, but it's achievable with Adriene's guidance and encouragement.


You can set an intention for your day at the end of the yoga session. This practice made me feel energized and awake.


Starting the day with a yoga practice can help to increase energy levels and promote mental clarity, making it easier to tackle the challenges and tasks ahead. 


The stretching and breathing exercises involved in yoga also help to improve physical flexibility and strength, which can aid in preventing injuries throughout the day.
