I didn't sleep well the past couple of nights, I was feeling unbalanced and my mind was racing.
That's why I chose today's yoga session, it's titled Brain Body Balance | Yoga With Adriene and it's what I needed to regain balance both mentally and physically.
Adriene designed this yoga class to create more stability in how we feel completely, and she described it as a "ritual for the brain and body to support you during process, healing, and reflection."
We all have something to heal from and we need all the support we can get in this process.
We need to trust ourselves and not rush anything.
The transition between poses requires focus and it increases strength and balance.
This yoga session delivered what it promised, it helped me clear my mind and feel safe.
Yoga can transform how you feel while increasing your mobility, improving your flexibility, reducing your stress, and enhancing your focus.
It can help in reducing negative thoughts and promoting self-acceptance, leading to an enhanced sense of inner peace, happiness, and overall satisfaction in life.
