Start the new year with a fun workout

If you added "improving my fitness" to your New Year's resolution, then this post is for you! I had a very unhealthy relationship with food in my late teens and early twenties, I was also very inactive while growing up. All of these habits caused me health issues, and that's why I'm doing my best to be in good shape.


Today's workout is titled New Year FAT BURNING WORKOUT! - 2022 Workout Challenge and it's in my opinion one of the best and most fun ways to start this year.


This fantastic workout is by MIZI, she is an incredible trainer, and her workout videos are amazing, I suggest that you subscribe to her YouTube channel.


It's a 30-minute workout video, but it's achievable and has a lot of benefits. If you can't go to the gym or if you need to stay at home, then take this time to exercise to feel good.


Exercising at home can be highly beneficial for our overall well-being, it provides convenience as it enables us to work out at any time that suits our schedule, eliminating the need to go to a gym or fitness center. 


Regular home workouts help improve our physical health by increasing strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. Engaging in exercises at home also helps relieve stress, boost mental health, and promote better sleep. Additionally, exercising at home allows us to customize our routine according to personal preferences and fitness goals, ensuring a comfortable and effective workout experience.
