Tips and tricks for your skin and hair care routine

It feels good to take care of our hair and skin, somehow it makes us feel better after a long day, and sometimes it's the perfect way to start the day.

I was recently introduced to a few skin and hair care tips that I will share with you to save you time and effort to improve your beauty routine.

So here are my top tips and tricks for your skin and hair care routine

-Rub the product into your palms (either shampoo or face wash) to activate its ingredients and get better results.

-Don't put shampoo on the ends of your hair, focus on massaging your scalp with it for at least 60 seconds before washing it with warm water.

-Exfoliate your scalp once a week to remove any product buildup on it.

-Brush your hair starting with the ends and slowly move up until the roots to avoid damaging your hair.

-Dry your hair gently with a microfiber towel or a cotton shirt.

-Wash your face for at least a minute to get the full benefits from your face wash.

-Sunscreen is a must (don't forget your neck and hands).

-Stretch your neck and be mindful of your posture (your neck and posture impact your looks).

-Less sugar in your diet (too much sugar ages you).

-Work out daily to boost your happy hormones.

-Squeeze water out of your hair before applying conditioner.

-Avoid scalp when you apply conditioner.

-Put moisturizer/serum on damp skin.

-You don't need a complicated skincare routine.

-Oil your hair once a week (section your hair and apply enough oil on your scalp… also wash your hair after two hours).

-Don't use active ingredients without a doctor's guidance.

-Do a self-lymphatic drainage massage at least once weekly.

-Don't forget your neck, chest, and hands when you apply your skin care products.

-Dry your hair completely before using any styling tools and use heat protection products.
