If you are beginner to yoga or took a break from it? then do this session with Adriene part 2

If you're returning to daily yoga practice after taking a break, and you yoga sessions that are suitable for beginners in order to be prepared to restart your journey then this post is for you.

I'm also not ready for more advanced classes but before discussing today's yoga class, I want to talk about the internet/social media.

I think social media has many benefits including raising awareness and connecting with people around the world. But when it comes to speaking your mind, then it could be a dangerous decision to make.

Not everyone or everything idolized on social media deserves it and many people online think that it's okay to attack someone if they don't agree with them.

If you don't follow what's trending and also like it, you become a target for online bullying. Let's say for example, if you don't like a popular show, then get ready for being exposed to incredible amounts of hate just for expressing your opinion.

If you expressed that you're excited about something that isn't "popular", either movies or music or sports or even food, then you get mocked.

It's sad to see after what the world went through, that many people still can't accept the simplest forms of freedom.

Anyway… Back to yoga!

Today's yoga session is titled "30 Minute Yoga For Beginners | Yoga With Adriene", it's the perfect session to reduce stress and increase flexibility.

The poses and transitions are very gentle and I think repeating this yoga class for a few days can be very beneficial.

How to start yoga?

You can start yoga by doing beginner-friendly yoga sessions, and forget every stereotype about yoga, you don't have to be super flexible to be able to do yoga, everyone can practice it no matter their fitness level.

How to choose the best yoga routine for me?

Listen to yourself and understand your body, know what suits you the most, and have fun, but also be committed to your yoga practice.

Show up every day to do yoga in a way that's comfortable for you!

If you found this post useful and might encourage you to start/resume your yoga journey then please share it online! thank you!
