Affirmations help you achieve your goals and get what you want in life by visualizing yourself achieving your goals and seeing yourself as the person you want to become. 


You say what you want to happen or what you want to feel. You can make an affirmation specific or more general.


How to use affirmations?


You are using the power of your own words to speak your reality into existence, BUT you must do the work to achieve your goals, affirmation can give you the attitude that you need and the rest is up to you. 


You can use affirmations to help you sleep, to help you focus, or even talk to your crush. 


Affirmations can be done in the morning or at night. They can also be done anywhere.


Personally, I prefer doing my affirmations in bed when I wake up, to reprogram my subconscious mind.
