Waking up early is something that improves the mood and adding yoga to your morning routine will sure boost your energy. After having my breakfast I decided to do this awesome yoga class, titled 7-Minute Yoga Boost - Yoga With Adriene.
It's a quick but really effective yoga session, it gets the energy flowing and energizes the mind and body instantly.
You don't need to get into a yoga outfit or have a mat to do this amazing practice, and that's why it's suitable to do anywhere.
So Take 7 minutes to do this yoga session to have more energy and to boost your mood, and I think the beauty of short yoga sessions with Adriene is that they have positive effects similar to long sessions.
Long yoga sessions are needed, but some days we have a busy schedule or low energy, so it's better to seek a shorter session.

The ideal time for a yoga class in my opinion is whatever you can fit into your schedule and being able to practice it regularly.
Don't feel intimidated by the stereotypes of yoga that make you believe you need hours-long classes to start your yoga routine.
I believe that yoga is for everyone, especially people who are super busy, they could benefit the most from yoga to release stress and get more energy.
